    Hi Joey,

Great idea to let us in on your brainstorm session(s)! On one of the last pages, some information was blacked out. Was that irrelevant info?

    Greetings from the Netherlands,

    José

Thanks for posting here, Jose! The ‘blacked out’ parts are secrets yet to be revealed. Those we are saving for when EVERYTHING is ready to go live :-)

Thank you, Le!! Hope all is well there!

  • John

A vary good bit of brainstorming, Joey. It’s good to see  the idea from near the beginning and being developed on paper at least. The end product will be very interesting to look at and consider. It should follow in the footsteps of your earlier programs.
All the best and keep us posted.

  • Valerie

Awesome! You are so generous and caring to share your wisdom with us, Thank you!

Hey Joey! I am a member of your Naked Beauty program and I am 25 weeks pregnant…basically, I can’t do the ab workouts anymore. Do you have other workouts I can do that don’t involve being on my back or stomach?

  • Mosings

Wow is all I can say. Such generosity on your part. Unfortunately I did not reply to the original post so I am not responsible for getting this ball rolling BUT I will agree with most that I need : a 30 min max no brainer program that I can do every other day. I have the ULBHT program and it took me a while to be able to finish the first all of the exercises. Now that I can actually get through them, I find it is too long (approx 50 min – an hour !) which means I am missing days. Despite this I have been doing this every other day and 20 mins on the elliptical on my off days and I have gone done a pants size. I have two young children (3 and 1) and no matter how much weight I lose, I still have this darn pouch. Maybe I need another program but there is so much out there that I am lost. I’m not lacking motivation because just seeing me naked is enough for that AND your kind words definitely help (knowing that I must just do what I can for the moment and that it is better than what I did before, is all the motivation I need)

God bless you Joey and I look forward to what you are going to cook up……oh and losing this darn pouch too!!!

  • Wanda

    Joey,
This i think is going to be by far one of your best programs. I’m excited to see it in action. I’ve hit a plateau in my workout program and i believe this will do just the trick to get me back on schedule. Thank you so much for all that you do. I appreciate it. I use your ULBHT program every other day and I love it.

  • Anonymous

Hi Wanda – thanks for the great comments! Glad you are excited about this – it’s going to be awesome. Lucky you with the ULBHTM! One of the best secret weapons for women :-)
    - Joey

  • Anonymous

Hi Mosings – thank you!! …One thing you can do with the ULBHTM is split the workout in half. Do the mat work one day and the standing exercises the next day or later the same day. Make sense?
    - Joey

Hi Sarah! Congrats on the pregnancy! ..re the ab/core exercises – being 25 weeks in – your safest and bet bet is to get input from your OBGYN. After baby arrives and you are cleared for exercise then I can help you kick it into high gear.

Joey you were big, but this is gonna make you even bigger! your enthusiasm is priceless, i guess this is the difference between people who have good ideas and people who actually follow those ideas.. plus i love your style (the coffee shop notes are genious, so warm).. you’re right people ARE going to love this.. the bar graph, the facebook app, personalized daily workouts, live calls.. (omg, really? live calls? i know THAT would make me want to do my homework…) this whole thing is great for all your clients, but what i appreciate more is your practicality and business intelligence… making us a part of its creation process inevitably means that we’ll adopt the mag factor.. this whole thing will bring a huge and well-deserved success to both the people who follow these routines and to you… way to go!

I like the daily meals, that is a challenge even though I don’t eat fast food. Preparing the meals can be a challenge, the meatloaf in the XFL was great but takes a while to prep. The test messages is great because I get loaded down with emails but not texts. The best though is the short workouts at home and getting motivated to do them in the morning. I like to work out with kettlebells. Personal calls that could be scarey and very motivating to have to answer to working out.

    Thank you

Lisa your comments provide great insight and affirmation. You are going to be very pleased with what comes of all this. Stay tuned…

Wow, Deniz – great thoughts and points here – I believe you speak for many, many people. And very much appreciated… This further confirms we’re on the right track here.. So, thank you! :-)

  • Cathryn

The ideas you sketched from all the comments to that simple question are showing a system completely different from any of the other ‘fitness gurus”.  I tend to follow Jayson, Joel, Craig, Dr. K, Jon, Justin, etc… What they are doing is nothing like this.  I love the SBM program, but even though the routines for each week change, and there are options for toning other body parts, sometimes I need something a bit different.  I believe this would give me the ‘umph’ needed when my motivation drops.  I’m very pleased you are not advocating gym memberships.  Those of us in climates where the winter weather gets deeply cold, are just plain not going to be successful maintaining exercise levels if doing so means going outside in the early morning sub-zero temperatures.  I suspect the ways you are considering putting the program together have given you a new lease on your career. That can only be good.  Because when you are inspired, so are those who follow you.  Not a bad combination.  Phone calls, as another person said, could be daunting.  However, they would surely be a strong method of keeping on track-so long as we are honest with ourselves and you.  Cheers to you!  What I was picturing from the notes is something original and unique.  Not many people can say that about their exercise programs.

  • Bstinger

Joey …. This is super exciting! I cannot wait to have this on my phone!!!! I currently use a fitness pal on my droid and while it is easy to use and effective I really would love to have something that goes better with my program. I just am starting to use your lower body program…
Do you have an upper body program as well? my arms could use an overhaul!
    Thanks for everything!
    Becky

  • amoora

    than you so much.

  • Anonymous

Hi Cathryn – thanks for the detailed comments and thoughts. …MUCH appreciated. Not so much a new lease on my career – BUT, surely a defining progression of my methods and making them accessible to those who need it the most. On that note – we are also building the MAG-Factor with the capability to offer online corporate/workplace fitness programs for businesses and companies in need of a cost-saving wellness/fitness benefit package to offer employees.

You are correct… NOBODY is doing anything like this. This concept transcends the basics of workouts and nutrition by addressing all the intangibles and empowering clients to make permanent lifestyle adjustments through simple behavior modifications. How we are going about this is certainly unique, original and powerful when compared to what may already be available in the marketplace.

    Thanks
    Joey

Great concept. I have 3 suggestions: (1) have categories (e.g. muscle groups, waist fat-loss section (many folks DO NO want defined abs, they just want a FLAT belly and no oblique fat), diets, etc WITH QUICK LINKS to those categories; (2) complete archives of all previous issues; (3) a thorough “Key Word” search window…many sites have these but none of the words entered take you to where you want to go; (4) and a complete, detailed, very thorough index of subject matter where we can click on to the subject and get their FAST.  PLEASE get a rapid (super high speed) site navigation system that let’s us get to the item we click QUICKLY!!! Thanks!

    Hi Joey

I am very excited with this concept of exercise you are proposing and look forward to its launching and the fact you can take it anywhere with you is amazing.

I have recently started your naked body routine and love it.

Thanks for thinking of us all out there.

  • Corinna

    Hi Joey,
One of my biggest problems is motivation.  I’m hoping to see faster results for my hardwork, but when I don’t see the results quick enough, I lose momentum.  Is there anyway in providing examples of expected results by following certain progressions etc.  I see lots of videos, and pics of people achieving their goals within a specified time frame (before/after pics) – but I’d like to be able to see something moreso, along the guidelines of a timeframe eg. 4 weeks of training like this, and you will start to see/note/feel… blah… blah blah… something to give me the continuous momentum, rather than the I’m not seeing anything blues.
    Thanks.
    Corinna

  • Myriam

this is great!!! I so need this!!! I have my phone 99% of the time so there would be no excuses. there is nothing out there that incorporates all that you  mentioned.  curently my hips are weaker than I need them to be.  I would like to strengthen that area.  I can see putting my routine together to fit my needs as my body changes. knowing  that emphasis is placed on the outcome or areas an exercise works is helpful. keeping tract to see what works through progress is invaluable.  I purchased your CD because my schedule varies week to week and sometimes day by day. it was diffidult  to try and sign up for classess and attend them. the hours I was available the gym was not open etc. during the summer the heat index is not condusive to exercising out doors which I love to do. I opted to try getting out in the dark early morning or after work which  was not safe….Im trying to mention how this program would help me in staying fit and healthy. please stay inspired and keep up the good work.

Hi Corinna – thank you for your thoughts and questions…. What you are asking for presents room for too much ambiguity – BUT I do love the idea. Along those lines though – we are creating elements to give you what you need in order to fuel your continuous momentum. That really is what you are asking for. And when you have that – the results will come and you will be able to track your results and progress inside your private client area in the MAG-Factor. This, along with all the other support mechanisms will give you a constant source of motivation to stick with your program and maintain your best levels of fitness forever.

I love what you are doing! There is so much information out there and its so hard to figure out how to sort through it all for something that will work for you. I used to work out all the time, but with marriage, kids, and the things that happen to us all in life; working out was benched. I am overwhelmed by all the information, it’s hard to even know where to start. Seeing what you are working on has given me hope. I love your vision and it is going to be great. The knowledge you have and the sincere desire to help others be all that they can be is what will set you apart from all the others. The only program of its kind. Can’t wait

Thank you, Vickie! You are truly and deeply going to appreciate what we are creating here. It is EXACTLY what you need. :-)

Sounds like it will help us all stay on track …..  even those that might need extra instructions on how to do each exercise.  Videos always make it easy to get ‘personal’ help and insight for anyone just beginning or with even an un-noticed disability like MS.  Looking forward to it.

Your notes remind me of my own thought process–always see it on paper; especially questions.  I’m a real estate broker in Houston and nearly everything changes my intended personal schedule.  I play on a tennis league spring and fall.  Tomorrow is the last of the fall league schedule.  I would love to be in better shape for spring.  I was in good form and weight 8 years ago before cancer and it’s problems — one being I gained 25 pounds through it all and have gone from 60 to 68 in age.  NOW is the time to get it together again.  Fifteen years ago I had knee surgery and worked out 4 times a week to get totally back.  I want that again!   So I’m anticipating great guidance from your camp.
