What Do YOU Want In 2017 and Beyond

Those who come to 'truly understand' that quote have the raw material to discover personal success (the 'journey' itself)...

And keep this in mind; The 'journey' happens no matter what.

The only difference is you can be on the journey passively, i.e. - the journey takes you where it wishes. OR you can be the captain of your own journey (which is MUCH more rewarding and fulfilling.) I won't get too deep today, I just wanted to shed a little bit of light on the new, bigger, bolder and better direction we are going in, in 2017 and beyond...

But I Do Need YOUR Help (after all, what I'm doing is for you).

In the box below, please let me know 2 things: 1 - Something VERY specific that you would like me to address, talk about, shed some wisdom on. This can be ANYTHING, even if it falls outside fitness and nutrition. I dare you to challenge me :-) 2 - Something a bit broader, more general in nature. This can be anything as well.     Hi Angela!

    Best bet is to start with the NB program: the main routine (22 mins) also comes with 4 other training sessions so you can create a full weekly schedule just from this one program and you’ll be giving the entire body what it needs:
    (Option #1 is the DVD/book set combo)

    Your son can also follow along with you – as long as he has Dr’s clearance for exercise of course.

    Happy New Year to you and your team. Thank you for the updates. I have deleted your video by accident. I just wonder if you could send me a copy of another one. But having said that I did not stopped exercising. I do the ones I remember. My legs and thighs and butt are toned and in a great shape. My waist is looking good as well. As per contributor below, my cellulite on the thighs are still there.
    Could you please help. I would like to work on the back of my upper arms and the elbow area. Would like to defy the gravity that drags everything down. Am sure I can do it given the right exercise program. Thank you so much for helping me to achieve toned body. I started to wear dresses just below my knees as am not ashamed any more to show my legs. Thank you.

    Hi Joey:
    What I would love to see in the Total Body DVD is as follows:
    – most of the exercises on the legs DVD (lunges, step, mat exercises on the side and on the knees)
    – sit ups, various plank exercises, ab roller
    – push ups, you please choose some other upper body exercises
    – the 12 minute flexibility routine
    – how about some squats (I don’t see them in any of your DVDs)
    On a side note, my husband is a fitness leader and he has looked at some of your videos and really likes them. He says they’re very sensible, and likes that you offer advice & encouragement to all fitness levels.

    I’m working on some new programs for 2017 in conjunction with the new website and podcast, along the lines of what you’ve outlined (plus some others 🙂

    I do have the Fusion Total-Body DVD set (it’s hard to find on my sites because of web hosting issues I’ve had with that specific domain name). If you’re interested I can post the order link here for you…

    It’s a 4 dvd set which combines body-weight, bands, ball, dumbbells, medicine ball, floor work for a series of total-body workouts.

    I actually have the Fusion DVD. 🙂 Over a year ago when I bought it, it was a bit too advanced for me so I put it away. I’ve dusted it off and will give it a try. I would still like to see a new Total Body DVD Joey. 🙂
