    your workouts are great – some rough – some so-so … catered to women via the comments – not many guys here – I'm 56 6'2″ 200 – a Met-Rx Weider steel freak so step them up a bit – all in all they work if you are tough enough and can finish to the max – Great job my friend … if you ever get to Chicago let's get together – spar a bit – love to see what you are really made of and if you can back up your words man to man

    LOL… my sparring, “tough days” are behind me… my ego doesn't need that – I've acheived a different, much more powerful kind of toughness which most people never find in themselves…

    And that's really what I'm aiming for – to help people find that inner 'toughness' – that inner power, that isn't compared to others, or subjectively measured against – in a competitive way. But rather, relative to the 'self'.

    If I come to Chicago – you'll see what I'm really made of by sitting down and talking for an hour or two – man to man… The physical stuff is all relative to the self – and one just needs to 'back it up' for him/her self.

    I watch what I eat and have done all the exercises for tightening up my legs. I was sick and lost over 50 lbs in 6 weeks. When I joined your program, you said that if I did the exercises daily, the loose skin on my legs and arms would tighten up even though I am 58 years old. I wear a size 2; however, my loose skin is still there……I have talked about this with my doctor and she said that the elasticity in your skin is not like it is when you are in your 20's and have a baby and your stomach goes back to its normal size with exercise. She said the only way I would get rid of this loose skin is with surgery.

    I am tending to believe her since I do the leg/arm exercises 2 to 3 times a day (when you said I only had to do them 1 time a day) and my legs and arms look the same as they did when I started doing the exercises……..Plus I watch everything I eat. Again, I look great in jeans, capris and dresses but would not be caught dead in a swimming suit or shorts. I am sad that I have worked so hard and still look the same. Maybe these exercises might work for men, but not for women?? I can't afford surgery, so guess I will not be going swimming ever again. Mary

    1 – Which of my programs are you using???? (please be specific)

    2 – Even if your skin looseness is not 'fixed' with my routines – you are improving your overall quality of life by maximizing your muscle strength, flexibility, bone density, heart health, blood profile, hormone ratios, etc…. And there is still more to add to that list. You should look deeper than the “superficial” aspects of your health/fitness/body – As there is a lot more meaning there.

    3 – Don't let your skin prevent you from “swimming ever again”. You have every right to enjoy that pleasure – even if other people make insignificant, superficial judgements of you. What they think truly doesn't matter.
