    Hi joey I have had l4 and l5 fusion surgery in 2010. Although my doctor says I have no limitations I have a very hard time working out. Can you suggest anything to carefully build my core before starting any routines. Help!!! I have lbt and need bare naked.
    My doctor says I don’t need pt, so it up to me because I can’t afford and personal trainer. Thanks, Soleil

    hi soliel – you’ll want to run whatever you do by your doctor first – but one thing to do is search youtube for “basic or beginner core exercises”
    – another note is you can start doing my lower body routines BUT you have to do them gradually and only a few reps at a time… and slowly add to what you’re doing as you get stronger.

    Hi Joey, I am very new to fitness as I have never exercised in my life (and i’m 43). I had just enrolled in a wonderful gym about a week ago and they’re wonderful there. I do cardio to lose fat and they also guide me on weight training exercises to tone up. Question is, how can I maintain my boobs while losing fat. Can you also advise on the diet for this? thanks!

    Hmmmm – I’ll have to have a better idea of the condition of your boobs. Take some good photos and post them here so I can see… JUST KIDDING 🙂

    Truth is – don’t worry – just get your whole body in the shape you want and let the boobs follow along naturally.

    Hi Joey, I have just purchased symulast and I start Saturday, but my question is with the cardio. I have some fat to lose and I was wondering if doing more than 18 minutes of cardio it’s okay. I know you have mentioned that too much cardio it’s not going to help the cellulite or make it worse, and I definitely don’t want to do that.. But 18 minutes seem so short to burn any fat. I’m 33 and in pretty good shape. Thank you in advance

    Hi Angie – yes, if you have some fat/weight to lose then add some more cardio. But still.. Don’t over do it… try 20-25 mins per session for several weeks… You can some form of cardio daily.

    Thanks Joey. Should I stick to doing the cardio that you have recommended? I don’t want to make the cellulite worse. And should I do the daily cardio before or after the exercises for the naked beauty. Thanks a bunch and I’ll be emailing you my before and after photos once I see some progress, since I just started Friday.

    Before or after doesn’t matter – whichever you prefer is ideal. Yes – stick with my suggestions – but feel free to do things you might feel server you better – for some variety. But do keep time the same.

    hi Joey,
    I joint the exercise, but the exercises which has to do with balance is very hard for me. So standing on one leg is impossible for me. also headstand I can not do. Could you sent some other/ alternative exercises? Balance problem is neurological .

    There is no headstand exercise in any of my programs so no need to do that… And for the standing on one leg move – you want to use your other hand to balance on a stable object… i.e.; wall.. couch… etc.

    My name is Evelyne and i am 29 years old, im from Tanzania- Africa.
    i have had cellulite since i was 15 🙁 . I am 178 cms and 62 kgs, i am not fat or do not have a big shaped at all but i wonder why do i have severe cellulites on my thighs and butt? my thighs are jelly like and squishy and have cellulites that i cant bear look at them. i have never worn a short, i cant put on any short clothes or wear a bikini coz i am so embarrassed with my body, people see me fully clothed and comment that i have nice long legs but if only they knew what was underneath!! i have always wanted to be a model but my body has always failed me, sometimes i think they have a life of their own, i just bought your Naked beauty programme today and hope to God that it helps me and for once in my life slip into a bikini and be able to flaunt my legs..

    Hey Joey,

    My name is Lexi and I’m 22 years old. I’m 5’4” and weigh roughly 160 lbs. My two biggest goals are to lose 120 lbs and get rid of all my cellulite. I have your Naked Beauty Symulast program and I have kept up with it for two weeks as well as added some other moves. I read the success stories and I always look at all of these before and after pictures, but I’m still so afraid that my cellulite won’t ever go away. I’m 22 but my body/legs do not look 22 and that makes me mad! It’s giving me motivation no doubt, but I’m struggling with having hope. I need you to tell me that it will work. I need to know when, if I continue to do this 5 times a week, I will reach these goals. I want my body back. I just want to hear it from you, you know?

    Yes – I figured you meant ’20 lbs’ 🙂

    It will work. But don;t do it 5x per week (you should have the progression plan pdf (?) ..Every other day – aim to get up to 2-3 times through the routine each time you do it.

    The “When” – will be gradual – you have to look and your body & health as a big picture – focus on taking care of yourself – and the improvements will come – ALL OVER – for many years to come.

    Hi Natalie – your first choice could be various beans and nuts. Chick peas, green peas, black beans, etc… And are you able to eat nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc..)?

    Can it be replaced with fish from time to time, as a matter of diversity? (fish I’m eating).
    Yeah, with nuts I don’t have any problems. Speaking of nuts, is it recommended to eat them strictly as suggested (mid-snacks) or can I have some any time (e.g. breakfast, salads)?

    PERFECT – yes, chicken is great – especially organic if possible. Fish – Yes! …. and nuts for meals works great too! Not just for snacks 🙂
