Big Changes Here Improve Your Life Profoundly

My Personal Evolution Is Impacting You Positively, Starting Right Now... And from here forward this is going to become more powerful - and more obvious. Let me explain... Pause for a moment and look at the website you're on right now. Notice anything different compared to the last time you were here? Right! You see the bright blue theme - and the 'whiter' content boxes here... This may seem like a small change, but it's not. It's actually a symbol of my evolution... My evolution which is taking me in a direction that will touch many more lives - in ways that may surprise you at the deepest levels. Before I explain the details - take a look here: You may recognize the previous color theme for JoeyAtlas.com. Yep "gray"... Not surprisingly, that design was created during a very "gray" time of my life, back in late 2009:

And if we go back even further, here (below) is what JoeyAtlas.com looked like in late 2005. During that time, I was just trying to keep the pieces of my life together (and was it ever a MONUMENTAL challenge). This version of the site is symbolic of just that... "just keeping the pieces together, barely."

So, why the blue/white design update? And what powerful pieces are coming next? During the last few years - my life has been getting brighter and brighter. Not by luck, or by chance, or by accident - But by specific thoughts and actions I've been taking. So, not only did the colors on this website need an update to be more in line with 'me' - but I'm mapping out a full action-plan to build 2 more websites, which will be the vehicles where I am able to share all the things I've learned (and continue to learn) in order to improve my life - to levels of which I used to dream of as a child...

The current plan consists of 2 key components: 1 - I am outlining my design for blog/podcast combo that is specifically for people who desire to find/create the ultimate, intimate relationship. Why? Because the "homework" I've been doing, as I continue to prepare to meet my ideal life-partner (and create the opportunity for her to find me), has been a powerful awakening in the dynamics of dating, relationships - and FINDING TRUE LOVE. (Remember, I've been through 2 challenging marriages both ending in uniquely challenging, but powerfully formitive, divorces). ...So profound - that I feel I must share my experiences & insights - and also bring certain works, perspectives and life-changing lessons to your attention. Part of this fulfills my desire to make this world a better place - by helping people in areas where they can use it the most. I've realized I have a special gift for communicating, one which I want to develop even further - and I have to extend the reach as far and wide as possible, in order to make the positive and profound impact on every individual who is ready to connect, listen and re-think how they live, and consciously choose what actions they take. 2 - I love Marketing and I'm VERY good at it. More importantly, I have lots to say and share in this area - to help other entrepreneurs and businesses reach levels higher than they ever thought possible. (More to come on this). Both of the topic areas above get my juices flowing, and give me energy when I talk about them with others. As the path continues to form - and I share more of the details regarding today's post - the "reasons why" will become more evident... Each of the 2 topics above will have it's own website - and brand identity. They will stand apart from my fitness zone - and from each other - but all will be connected in certain ways, of course. Even if only watching me "create" helps to inspire you to reach for your own potential - then that alone is all worth it. What I mention here is partially fueled by my own desires... Desires to evolve toward my potential and help others in the process - and also fueled by strong encouragement from others who have had the chance to interact with me in the last few years, regarding the subject matters above. That’s the short version of what I wanted to share today... And I’m interested in what you’re thinking right now...     When I do the program I feel my muscles working in the front and on the back but I have cellulite on the side of my leg high up on the thigh…do the Naked Beauty moves take care of this? Trying not to give up

    I’m new to your programme- very excited by the way!
    I recently purchased the online Naked Beauty method at the beginning of this month 🙂 Since then, I’ve been doing the exercises consistently 4 x per week, and I have already started to increase doing them twice through. On the days between, I do the extra videos that were given plus some of my other favourites that you can find on you tube. I’m a relatively fit person, I dance flamenco everyday, walk everywhere and run every now and then (well especially more now, with summer being just around the corner). I do not know if this blog is the way to contact you about a question I have, so I apologize in advance if it is not, I just couldn’t find any other way.
    I recently turned 34, am about 73kg, and 176cm tall. I’ve always lived an active lifestyle especially with my dancing. I feel I eat relatively healthy as well, eating lots of vegetables, lean meat, wholegrain breads, fruit etc with the occasional treat of something sweet (but nothing ever over the top). However, despite all this I still feel that I can’t get rid of the appearance of fat on my legs. My legs in general are solid and always have been, from a young age I’ve never been a small framed girl. I would say my legs are quite strong and muscular (probably due to the intensive footwork that I do and exercise I did in the past) but, it is an area that I just don’t ever see decreasing in size, yet other areas do, esp. top half.
    Is there a way to reduce the fat that (correct if I’m wrong) just looks like it’s on top of the muscle on the legs? Would this be through increasing my cardio? if so, what type of cardio would suit me? (FYI- I quite like the tabata style, still doing them occasionally)
    Any help/advice you can give would be awesome!! Thanks

    Sounds like you’ve just started in the past few weeks – so I would just continue with following the program as outlined. Let’s see where you stand in 6-8 weeks… Then we can see what option would be best for you to get specific coaching advice if needed.

    Hello again Joey….I come to you feel more depressed than when I first found the program. It was one thing when I believed there was nothing I could do about my cellulite but the hope that NB gave me makes it more painful now that I’m getting even more dimples, despite being consistent and dedicated. I don’t know what to do anymore

    Hi Kay – again – you are about 3 months in – and some women take 6-9 months to see the results they want. One thing to consider are other lifestyle factors… mainly nutrition… are you taking in enough nutrients to give your body what it needs? I can’t help coach you here about this – I do that separately – but it might be something you can look at yourself and answer as well… Women need daily fat and protein intake – in addition to healthy carbohydrates. That is factor # 1 I look at.. then comes other habits, possible medications, possible supplements to add, etc…

    You say you don;t know what to do anymore.. Here is the simple answer: Keep doing NB – aim for 3x through each time you do it – and aim for 3x per week..

    Time will tell us what you need to do next ‘phase’.

    I am a 24 yr old college student and I’ve had a lot of cellulite since I was about 12 yrs old. I weight 135 and I am 5’4. I have purchased your program and have been doing the schedule 1 for a week. My question is: is there hope for me? I have done MANY different workouts, gym, and I have even been to several consultations with different doctors and they all say there is no hope, unless I have invasive surgery done. I obviously cannot afford nor want to do anything invasive. I have been searching through your website to find before and after photos and I cannot find any. Therefore, I was wondering if this was effective for all levels of cellulite…?

    PS – DO NOT listen to the docs saying invasive surgery!! that has made so many women worse off!! And surgery can never replace what a well structured fitness plan can do.. EVER.

    I am a young Portuguese woman . I hope you can help me, I’m desperate! Since the young always practiced sports. Did swim up to 17, ran a lot, practicing physical education classes, etc.. Last year I decided to join the gym. Then, in the summer I was fantastic! without cellulite, perfect ass, perfect thighs, I felt good about myself. But as I had to stop for 6 months cellulite quickly appeared in the butt and thighs. Appeared increasingly from night to day …

    I’ve never been in this situation .. I regret having entered the gym every day.

    please help me.

    I do not know how I can buy the plans for training in Portuguese. Please answer me as fast as possible.
