Are YOU the One for Me? And 4 other things

Thanks for coming over here today. It means a lot when you stop by to read what I’ve written... So... 1st things first:

1 - Are You the One For Me?

That is the title of one of the helpful books someone mentioned in  my "3rd & Final Wife" post (LOTS of great comments at bottom). I’m almost done reading this one - and the thing I keep saying to myself is; "This should be required reading for every teenager - male or female...." Yes - it can help just about any adult who is willing to take the time to read it AND modify behaviors as recommended. But in the hands of teens - it can probably do a LOT of good in many ways - and save many years of heartache & dysfunction. For me - it has re-affirmed lots of what I’ve been feeling, thinking and learning these last 15 years. And it’s fine-tuning my mindset as I move forward in my search for "her" - my ideal mate. It’s one I wish I had when I was 16 or 17 years old. Each of my kids will be getting a copy VERY soon :-) I’m reading a few other books as well (I usually read 2-3 at the same time) One of them is 'The 5 Love Languages for Singles'... Just started it last night and already feeling good about it. I’ll be sharing more insights as "my studies" progress...

5 - The Amazing Toning, Shaping, Lifting & Sculpting Device for Women

About 3 years ago I started sketching out a unique idea for a small and simple device that could augment my lower-body toning & sculpting methods for women.     Hi joey, i have been doing symulast and found a much much improvement in me. i have urinary incontinence and have been doing yoga and kegels exercises for it but found not much difference. but with symulast i found even the pelvic floor muscles are strengthening. i want to know are there any specific pelvic floor exercises in symulast please let me know.

    Hi Pallavi! and thanks for sharing this important aspect of your results. YES – the movements COMBINED create the desired effect on the pelvic floor muscles…. BECAUSE they must be triggered in order to support the other larger muscles being recruited for the desired movements 🙂
