5-Minute Cardio FUSION Medicine-Ball Workout

Here's a 5-Minute Cardio FUSION Medicine-Ball Workout I recorded about 3 or 4 years ago. And I still do this a few times a month - depending on the weather. Sometimes I'll even combine this with jump-rope intervals for more intense, slightly longer session. The beauty of this little routine is that you can literally do it anywhere - indoors, or outside. Press play and watch me demonstrate:
- If you are a newcomer to 'AtlasVille', or if you're unsure about your fitness-ability, BE SURE to get your doctor's clearance before doing this, or any other type of exercise method. - If you're a beginner - you can substitute something VERY LIGHT, for the medicine-ball. For example: you can use a volley-ball, a basketball, soccer ball... Or even a pillow from the couch. Trust me on that :-) - If you're 'advanced', or just want to extend the cardio-session a bit - then simply repeat the sequence I demonstrate in the video. Do it twice for a solid 10 minute sweat-breaker... Three times for an even more challenging, 15 minute, fat-burning, body-toning cardio session...     hii Joey ! Just wanna know that I have purchased your ULBHTM DVDs a month ago. So, when should this exercise be done which is shown above. I mean its exact serial number. At the last or just after body stretches in the beginning. There are 3 levels in it. By the way I am progressing πŸ™‚

    Hi Joey, I do your ‘naked beauty’ workout and through you got to Belinda and do her workout as well. Love you both! One question I have is there a way to download your videos, since I live on an island and our internet is not so stable I cannot alway watch your videos online. Once I know the workout it’s okay, but I do like to check up on them sometimes to make sure I’m doing it right. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and keep up the good work!

    I had to switch video servers to stop allowing downloading a few years ago, as I experienced several piracy/copyright infringement issues which had to be corrected and prevented in future… This is one of the reasons I put the program on DVD/book format – for women who want that option – or are in situations such as yours… One thing you might do is print the pdf and work from that, if you don’t want to order the discounted upgrade to the dvd/book set(?) Would that work?

    Hi Joey! How are you? I am doing for about 3 months the Naked Beauty program, 3 times each video according to the schedule program. I am seeing results but very, very slowly, but not as i would want. I still have cellulite πŸ™ I just want to ask Am I on the right track? If it is normal that the cellulite want disappear in three months? Also, I am receiving different emails, from you where i should reply, if i have something to reply? Thnx a lot! Army

    Hi Army! Some women things happen very fat – and for others – it takes more time… There are many factors that play into this, as there are many differences between women. The fact that you’re seeing improvements is a very good sign. Be sure to focus on making this a “lifestyle” commitment and not just a cellulite fix… Take a long term view of your health and body as a whole… AND be sure to add something on the days in between – that is what all the extra bonus video sessions are for. You can post here – as I don’t man the emails personally – it would be impossible πŸ™‚
