How to Leverage the January Effect for Fitness Success

------------------------------- IMPORTANT NOTE: Everything I'm sharing on this page and in the video applies to both MEN and WOMEN... On this note - the new website and podcast will also be "Co-Ed". -------------------------------

Leverage the January Effect for Eternal Fitness Success

Each month we shoot at least 2-3 videos for our private clients at the SCULPTAFIT Studio... The videos get loaded into a private access area for Studio Clients so they can view if they were unable to attend a seminar or workshop... And any new clients who join in the future can access the video sessions at a later date. SIDE NOTE: I'm thinking about making these videos (sample is below), or some of them, available on the new website which will be going live very soon. If you're interested in that idea, please let me know in the comment box at the bottom of this page. TODAY, as a special gift and "thank you" for all your great feedback - and simply for "being here" - I thought it would be helpful if I shared one of our recent seminars that we hosted for the New Year Kick-Off... Here it is... (click the play button) Take-Away TIP: Watch the video session with paper (or note-card) and pen in hand. I share some powerful concepts that some clients call "Aha Moments"... Feel free to share your "Aha Moment" in the box below and if you have any questions, please post below too. In addition to the seminar/workshop style videos like you see above, me and the SCULPTAFIT Coaching Team will also be recording Home/Office/Travel (H.O.T.) Exercise videos for our clients of the Studio for when they go on the road - and to guide them on the days they are not in the SCULPAFIT Studio... If you're also interested in having access to some of those please let me know below... As It could be something I bring into the new website and podcast when it goes live. A single serving of Yogurt with some fruit is a good way to start my day! I add some wheat germ to it for extra “stuff” sometimes. Somedays I just have a Vanilla Carnation breakfast serving with 1% milk. That’s all I need. And I’ve a habit of not eating if I’m not hungry. In other words I don’t let the clock dictate when I eat. I also detest sweets. I can’t stand chocolate. EGAD! you might say “a woman that doesn’t like sweets?”
But I have another vice, salt and fat. I used to say that if I had a bucket of salty lard I’d be happy. But I’ve learned to ixnay that vice. I love homemade, and do not eat junk food. So the food part for me has been part learned and part lifestyle. I just need to keep watching your fitness videos and making them work for me. 🙂
This video was a good one. I’d love to see more like it.
    Your Life Student, Nikita

Joey, I am listening to your webinar and you are a very smart man. I am always excited when I receive emails from you. You are very soft spoken and I enjoy listening to you. I wish I lived in Florida, I would love to join your Sculptafit studio.

    Nikitaaaaaaaa…..!!

These are some great choices and tips – thanks for sharing! (not eating when not hungry is a beauty!)

Thanks for the feedback on this video. More to come for sure!
    Joey 🙂

    Hi Melisia 🙂

Thanks so much for this feedback – it means a lot.

Aw – you’d love the Studio experience – my coaches are absolute aces, and so kind – a very different atmosphere and ‘way’.

Are you doing any of my online programs or DVDs?

    Best
    Joey

I just watched your video, I loved it. It would be great to see more of the same, very motivational and sometimes confirming. I like the chart of triggers, it made me think it could be a way to map out your year with smaller more achievable goals. I’m also interested on your ideas of nutrition, I too could go on and on about that topic but I’m looking forward to more of your ideas and knowledge.

  • JoeyAtlas

Thanks so much for these thoughts, Susan. YES – the triggers are actually going to be part of a bigger, annual/lifetime ‘mindmap’ to help people achieve a higher level of full-time awareness to their own health and fitness…

    Much more to come!
    Joey 🙂
