If you build muscle then when you sit around that muscle will burn the fat and you wont have to worry about being fat. Why do you think when fat people build muscle it doesnt take them as long to lose the weight vs a guy who diets and runs around?

Hi Joey: Fantastic information and thanks for being such a great trainer. The information shared really can help many women realize that exercising does not have to be boring, expensive or without creativity. I know because you helped me to become an active person again and to use those things around me to make it work for me.

    Hi Joey,

I realize it's a podcast, but I'm also not getting any audio. Could it be an OS compatibility thing?

I'm using Windows 7 and it rocks, but not for this.

Any alternative links to the audio?

    Cheers.
