Due to a very high number of requests for Fitness, Nutrition and Lifestyle Adjustment Coaching, I am now offering these services again – both for the local market (USA) – and even long distance (International).
But due to the high demand on my time this requires, it will be on a very limited basis.
Some of these one-on-one options are ‘in-person’ – and some are via private phone calls, email and/or skype calls.
Personal Training and Optimum Lifestyle Coaching with Joey Atlas
Due to ongoing requests and constant inquiries for more personalized training and coaching services from me – I have created the following programs. The 3 programs range from having me travel with/to you anywhere in the world – to long distance phone and email training/coaching.
I offer you 3 options:
OPTION 1 – On-Location/Worldwide: I travel with you, or to you, anywhere in the world for short/medium term training and coaching projects. OPTION 3 – Long distance training and coaching via phone/skype and email. Details as follows:
A – Initial Start-Up Phase of Program:
Part 1 – One hour on phone or skype to get:
- detailed history (exercise, medical, general nutrition habits, injury(s), rehab, etc..)
- current state of readiness for exercise and/or new program design
- goals (short term, long term)
- daily & weekly schedule briefing (work, home, travel, etc…)
- equipment, space (home, outdoors) and/or commercial fitness facility access/options
Part 2 – Analyze
- info collected in Part 1
- most recent program/status notes and recommendations (doctor, rehab and/or training)
- get medical clearance for training – check for any exercises to avoid and/or include
- get waiver of liability
Part 3 – Create Initial Stage of Program (covers month 1)
- create daily/weekly exercise schedule in calendar form
- create support PDF/document to coincide with schedule/calendar
- 30 minute follow-up phone/skype time
- email support as needed
B – Monthly Training Update and Follow-Up
- Adjust, update, modify daily/weekly exercise schedule. These will be built on a progression sequence based on previous month’s program and your feedback.

- progress check-in; measure current status as compared to starting point and goals
- 30 minute follow-up phone/skype time
- email support as needed
Normal Price for Initial Start-Up of Program = $750.00 (also covers 1st month of your program)
Normal Price for On-going Monthly Training Program = $350.00/per month (starts month # 2)
I am currently offering a Seasonal Special to the next 10 clients who sign up for Long-Distance Personal Training and Optimum Lifestyle Coaching with me. Here it is:

Price for On-going Monthly Training Program = $295.00/per month (starts month # 2)

This program requires you to make a 3-month minimum commitment. And I do not offer a refund option on this. You are either serious about your body and health, committed to yourself and already trust me – Or you are simply not ready for this.
