My Question for You

I’ll get right to it. Here’s the question:

“What do you want from me?” In other words: “What is it you do not have - that you wish I could give you?” "What is lacking in your fitness, nutrition and mindset arsenal that you would like me to help you with?" Post your answers below in the comment box, please... The reason I’m asking this now is we’ve been getting inquiries asking when I plan to come out with a new program or what plans might I currently have in the works... Well - I do have a few in the works - but I want to hear from you and I want to make sure I’m focusing on what your deepest needs are... Not just now - but also looking into the future. I’ll share a few of these here - but I still also want to hear from you in the comment section. 1 - A new program focused on serious fitness training at home with no traditional gym equipment. This is based on a combo of how I train and what I’ve coached others on, via private coaching sessions. This is a very simple - but extremely unique, fun and effective approach to working-out with results that knock your socks off. 2 - A complete exercise series focused on playground fitness training. This is also a very unique method and makes all other playground workouts look like.. ummmm - child’s play. Trust me on this - I showed my brother some of the exercises on a local playground in Rye Brook during our Summer visit to NY - and not only was he impressed - but he started looking at the playground(s) from a whole new perspective. 3 - A “Joey Atlas App” - many people asking if I’m coming out with my own app for clients to use when they are on the go. I am researching this now - but would like to hear if you are also interested in this. And if so - what would the ideal Joey Atlas App look like to you? What would be in it? What would you wish it had? 4 - Would you be interested in a monthly Q&A Coaching Call? You send me your specific questions - I answer them, in depth, on the coaching call. And you also get to listen to the recording as often as you wish. I have some other ‘secret’ ideas in development, but I can’t share those just yet :-) I appreciate you being here and allowing me to help you in your quest for optimal fitness and quality of life. Update from Kelly and New Case Study Bares All

OK - so, after the first post about Kelly it quickly became obvious to her and I that we need to share more of what people are not seeing right now. We exchanged a few emails in the last few days and here is where we left off... These are Kelly’s words: "Joey, I also saw some of their comments. So... I figured I should tell them my backstory to help them get a little clarity. Things I'll cover: (voicing out here so I don't forget later) - This is Asia (I'll post links to shops to help them see what I'm up against) - My work and why I need to be slimmer even if I'm deemed of a healthy weight ratio (I have pics of me working and looking not so fab - I can share) - The issue of cellulite - How keeping fit isn't just a problem for very large people, but for medium sized people too - Also, I'm young, but when I see people who are 30’s and in better shape, I realise it's not just something you're born with. You have to work for it. - I will also release my weight, body fat % and whatever other stats I can find Also, I will take pics of me in a bikini for future use and I'll see what I can do about a video of how I look too. We have to convince these guys that there are many flaws to be fixed and with you, I can fix them." Kelly and I have a skype/coaching call set up for 10pm EST tonight (it will be 10am Tuesday her time/Singapore) The goal for tonight’s call is to focus on the issue of her cellulite zones and create her weekly schedule of exercise sessions for: “Phase 1” of Kelly’s Body Reclamation Stay tuned for the info she plans to share listed above - and for now - here is her latest post: Not As Bad As I Thought (1st Lower-Body Workout) Now onto a case study with her own set of challenges. I need to emphasize - just like with Kelly, the open sharing of details in this case study is VERY personal - and it’s rare that I get the opportunity to share these types of step by step true-to-life examples... So I extend a HUGE THANK YOU to both Kelly and Leanne... Some of you know Leanne already, as she has designed a bunch of my websites/blogs, including this one - the Official Joey Atlas Blog. Meet The New Lady In My Life

I want you to meet the new lady in my life, Because... - Well - a few key reasons, really... First - I don’t mean “lady in my life” as in romantically involved, etc... No - she is someone I am working very closely with to help her get back into top form... (She has let herself get out of shape and she is NOT HAPPY about it...) Second - She has agreed to share her story and journal PUBLICLY (via videos, blog posts, facebook updates, tweets, etc...) - so you can follow along and watch her progress and hopefully be inspired to reach for higher levels yourself... This is something both men and women will want to follow - as Kelly is a very genuine, smart, honest and like-able personality.... (Guys, she works with ESPN a bit...)
